We have a wonderful staff and our personnel team is tasked with providing support and accountability to those who serve our church. We want our staff to feel encouraged and engaged in their work to bring out their best! We believe that caring for our staff and looking out for their well-being of our staff is an important function of the church membership. Our personnel team also supports our staff by ensuring availability and enrollment of benefits through the PCUSA. Additionally, our Personnel team reviews policies to ensure that GLPC provides a safe environment for all who our church serves.
